• Customization options for chat appearance
• Integration capabilities including WHMCS

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use MultiChat, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for:

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5.3 Payment Terms

• All fees are payable in advance
• Payment is processed securely through our payment provider
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on recurring basis
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time premium subscribers. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of initial purchase. Recurring renewals are non-refundable.

6. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, including scheduled maintenance.

Support is provided via email for free users and includes priority response for premium subscribers.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without explicit written permission.

9. Third-Party Integrations

MultiChat may integrate with third-party services (e.g., WHMCS). Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account shows fraudulent activity
• Required by law or regulatory authority
• Your conduct is harmful to other users or our business

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use MultiChat ceases immediately. We may delete your data after 30 days of account termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MULTICHAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MultiChat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content or data

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

MULTICHAT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MultiChat operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of MultiChat after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MultiChat regarding the use of our services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
